Does anybody know how long this offer will be available?? We still haven't made up our minds as to whether or not to purchase them for our trip in June. :confused3 I'd hate to finally decide to purchase them, and then it's too late. I NEED to make up my mind-SOON.:rolleyes1 Thanks in advance.

We aren't sure how long they will be offered....according to macraven (a veteran DISers at UO), she says it's the 2nd best deal she's seen in a loooong time (at least 5 years). I would buy them....they are "valid" until you use it/them the first day/time (then they expire 6 days after that). Even if you don't use them this year or next....hang onto it and use it down the road. Or give it or sell it to someone.....it really is a good deal!

ps-i bought one for my Mom to use June of next year--2008!

Hi, I bought mine a month ago and they are non-transferable. Your name is on it and you will need a show a photo ID and credit card used once you get to the park. But they do not expire until the first day of use so thats the good thing. I'm in the same situation as you are, not really knowing if we'll end up going or nto this year, but either way, the ticket will be valid whenever we end up going.:goodvibes

we had this same looking ticket last year and we never signed it OR showed ID....they weren't checking. Now, they associate the ticket w/ a finger scan, so until the ticket is used the first time, anyone can have it...if the OP decides she doesn't want/need it, she CAN give it away or sell it. Your name is not printed on it when you first get it, you "sign" it....

There were no names on our tickets. In fact we had to write our names on them so we wouldn't get them confused. You do get a finger scan the first day so after that they are all yours. When we picked the tickets up at the park we had to give our confirmation number but there was no need ever to show any sort of ID.

Don't forget that if you are a AAA member or can bring one with you, your local AAA office has these tickets for a flat fee of $85 - about $7 cheaper than online, not a big savings but a savings none the less!

What does shipping cost? Is it just as cheap to go to AAA and buy it at 85.00? We will be going May 12-19 and plan to use them both that week. Thanks Lynn

I got ours this week at AAA. $85 for each, plus I got the Florida tourbook and some pamphlets for Busch Gardens and SeaWorld.

Is the AAA one for two parks/three months also? TIA...

No, the 3 month ticket is thru costco. THe AAA ticket is 2 park/7 days

At AAA (office not website) there is no tax or shipping - tix are $85 flat. ~Connie

When you buy the online tickets you can choose to print them at home or pick them up at the dedicated kiosks at the park.

The 2-park, 3-month passes may be ordered online at Costco.com but they will automatically activate on 12/31/07 if you don't activate them sooner. They are good for 3 months after activation. These are fine if you will visit this year but don't get one for an April 2008 trip or later.

There's a 5% surcharge for non-members of Costco. We are not members because there are no Costco stores within a couple hours of our home. It was worth the surcharge and shipping for us though. If we had purchased the $85 7-day passes at AAA or online, we would have had to pay tax or shipping or both anyway. The final cost for us to buy 5 of the 3-month passes through Costco.com came to only $92 apiece.

That means that for about $5-$7 more per person, we'll be able to use the passes on a second trip! We just ordered these so I hope they arrive soon and work out. A 3-month pass at this price would also be good for someone who plans to be in Orlando for longer than a week if they'd wanted to visit the Universal parks at the beginning and end of their trip.

Good deal! We've only been to Universal once (about 7-8 years ago) and never to Islands of Adventure. Looking forward to it! Love reading this forum. :)
