835 PPO garden grill

Is there any advantage to this hoping to get to soaring pre rope drop? Is that way too late for any advantage ?
I have heard all PPO get in at same time but will we wait until the tivgwt seated?

Yes, they start letting in everyone with PPO starting at 7:45. You will be seated pretty much on order of arrival at the podium. Just last week we had an 8:30 Garden Grill, got to the restaurant and seated pretty much right at 8, and had first visits from all the characters by 8:15. Made it down to Soarin quick enough that they were only loading the center section, so no distortion worries.

This is good to know as I had to split our reservation into two: one half of us at 8:15 and the other half at 8:30.

I had to do that as well. Just tell the CM who checks you in that you are together. They try to combine parties as much as possible

As long as your reservation is PPO you can get in with those with an 8am reservation. We had an 8:30am one and were the first to arrive at the restaurant and seated immediately. It was great.
