81 BLT points to rent $11.50 per point.
I can book BLT at 11 months and all other resorts at 7. Months. I have rented on many occasions before and have a rental agreement.
Payment terms are 50% once booking has been made and remaining 50% once confirmation has been sent (usually within 48 hours of booking being made)
Payment via bank transfer (UK only) or via papal but please add 4% to cover fees.
All transactions are final.
I do not check availability as this changes so quickly with DVC so please be prepared to proceed with booking once you know what you want. I need the names, ages, contact address and phone number for the party and then I can book straight away for you.
