80s night?

any ever participate in 80s night? we really dont remember it from 2 years ago or my husband would have went. can someone confirm they still do it? is it appropriate to wear 80s attire?

Yes they still do 80's night and you can dress in 80's style if you wish.

Are you going on the Wonder or the Magic?

we will be on the Magic on sept 4. We cant believe we missed it 2 years ago or we would have been there...that stunk!

Is 80's night on the Wonder? Do they do it on every cruise. We will be on the 4-day 6-27 and my DH and I would love to go too!

80's night was on the Wonder when we went Jan 29-Feb 1, 3 night cruise.

It was held on the first night aboard ship. I would think they would also have it on the 4 night cruise.

It's really fun to dance to 80s tunes but most people wear regular clothes. The CMs wear 80s clothes and they are alot of fun. I believe the program has changed alittle this year but they have had it for the last several years. I recommend it if you like to dance to 80s music!!!

do they do anything besides dance? i know on 70s nights there were some games and such...we are not much into dancing. just like the music

If it is similar to last year....80s night, there was a dance party with ship professional dancers performing hits from the 80s in between opportunities for us to dance to 80s songs and then the CMs use participants to highlight memorable moments from the 80s.....70s night there has traditionally been a Gloria Gaynor lip syncing contest and a GoGos vs. Bon Jovi band playoff with audience participants (as well as some 70s music to dance to).....60s night started last year with the live band playing Beatles tunes to dance to and also showing some film of this era.

When the CMs really push the audience to participate, these nights are great whether you are dancing or just watching!
