80's night on the wonder?

Just WONDERing, do they do a 80's and a 70's night on the 4 day WONDER? The 80's were my era but I would Love, Love, Love a 70's night nothing beats the music for dancing.

There was a 70's and an 80's night on our 3 day Wonder Jan 29-Feb 1.

Can someone please explain what that means exactly? Do you have to dress that way? Where is it held? What do they do exactly? What time is it? Is it for families or adults only?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The 80s party has been on the Wonder for a long time (although not nearly as long as the 70s party). The mainstage dancers do a couple of numbers, and there is dancing, trivia questions for free shots, and guest appearances/a battle of the bands by Bon Jovi and the Go Gos. It is an adult activity held in Wavebands.
The 70s party is my favorite. There is lots of dancing, including a soul train dance line and a line dance (too coordinated for me), as well as guest appearances by Gloria Gaynor, John Travolta, and the Village People. Both 80s and 70s night were awesome, 70s night for the dancing and 80s night for the music, lol. But the real variable is the band performing, on our 12/14 Wonder, the "Charles Marshall Band" was on.

Does anyone who has recently been know if he and his band are still featured?

Feathered hair, big sweaters, torn jeans. Ahh, childhood.

Well, that explains why I've never heard of it! We are usually doing stuff with our kids...dinner and the show or a movie...

Hopefully when are kids are older we can check out the 80's!

I was on the wonder a few weeks ago, and the band playing was called Sea breeze. They were very good.
For the question about 80's night. You do not dress up in 80's garb, unless of course you want to. They have people that do a few dance numbers. They did thriller which I thought they did an awesome job. They ask people dancing trivia questions pertaining to Disney World, if you get the answer correct you get a button to get a free drink, which my husband did. It is held in the club Wavebands and is for adults only. I can't remember exactly the time but I know it was late maybe around 10:30? We all had a great time that night! Hope I've helped, if you have any more questions i'll do my best to answer them.
