800 # Question

I keep hearing folks say they called the 800 number and got right through, I've been on hold with the 800 # for almost 45 minutes now...I called at 9:15...

What sequence of numbers did you press. I pressed change existing reservation, then 1 for having been before, and 1 for more than 4 times...

I just did it without any waiting. Hang up and call back.

I think it's there for everyone. Everyone uses it anyway...
