Has anyone tried to use the Disney 800 number that ends in 0228 lately?? I don't know if I can post the whole number :confused3
I tried it today & got a message saying that the number was not available & to call 407 --------.

Haven't tried it myself but a helpful Diser on another thread posted a new toll-free number... 877 939-3732... so I've put it into my database. Let's hope it works!

is there a new toll free number??

the voice says" its an inactive disney number and to call the 407 number"

I got the same message this morning..............guess they were sick of paying for the toll free number..........hoping it is just a glich for the day!!!

For those that don't want to click the link, the new number is 877-939-3732. Word is that its for Travel Agents, but what the heck, as long as it works i'll be using it. If they cancel that number too, i'll call them collect. :lmao:

I am unable to do a search but i just tried to call Disney using the 1-800 number for Disney travel and it doesn't work anymore. I haven't tried calling in a while so I wasnt' sure if this is new or not???

Hi,
I've always called 800-828-0228 to make hotel & dining ressies. Called last week, as a matter of fact. Now, it says this is a non-working number. Does anybody have any other toll-free number to use? Thanks.

Darn. :sad1: Disney gets enough money out of me. Making me spend so long on the phone while CMs who don't seem to know what is going on diddle around is really cheesing me off. I have now been on the phone 15 minutes while the CM tries to figure out how to add my middle DS to my reservation, says he isn't in the system. Considering he's been along on every trip except one ... doesn't make sense at all.

1-877-939-3732 I used this number this morning and it works. It is the same automated voice from the 1800 number.

The vast majority of Americans have unlimited long distance plans and long distance on their cell phones. The days of toll free calling are over. I dont blame Disney for this a bit. It makes sense to me.

Thank you diser's! I just called the 800 number to make a reservation and was worried when the recording stated that it was no longer valid. I went straight to these boards and there was the new 877 number and it worked just fine. :thumbsup2 Thanks for saving me the aggrevation of trying to hear them from my cell phone which doesn't work well inside my house! These boards are awesome!

I would never give out my credit card number over a cell phone line whatever my plan.

Plus, there's the fact that Disney has never offered an 800 number to general customers.

Thanks to the PP who provided the new one. :thumbsup2
