8 year old foodie on the dining plan. Suggestions?

1) OP - already got some great recommendations. Also wanted to add Coral Reef. My dd got the salmon which she enjoyed until she tried my mahi mahi, then we ended up sharing. Even the grilled chicken was seasoned really nicely.

2) Ticket prices between children to adults is not much but the actual difference depends on how many days you have. If you log on to the Disney web site, you can see ticket prices side by side. If you have free dining, the adult upgrade is definitely worth it (unless you're doing mostly/all buffets, then it actually costs you more bc tip at each restaurant is based on actual cost), snacks are the same for all.

Thank you for the replies. Out of curiosity, is there a way to know how much it will cost to change her age/ticket before I tell them they have her age wrong? I am happy to do it if it's going to be a reasonable charge, but I don't want to say her age is wrong, have them change it and then find out that I'm going to have to pay hundreds more to do so. Do you know what I mean? But if I tell them it's wrong, then it's pretty hard to back down and say, oh not that's ok, leave her as 6. :)

We have the Magic Your Way Plus Dining package if that matters.

Thanks!!

If they say it can't be done again just ask for a supervisor. I feel like more and more there's so much turnover at the call centers that people just make things up on their own at this point.

Literally, all you need to say is, 'I need to change my daughter's age to 10 on the reservation please.'

Do you have free dining?

The price difference between child and adult park ticket is $20 plus tax total, regardless of the number of days.

The price difference between the adult and child dining plan, if you're paying for the dining plan, is $40 per day. If you have "free" dining, there will be no additional charge.
