I absolutely, love, this program, because it's quick and I don't have to count, I do as many as I can in the time I can!

But I am straining my neck a tad, any advice on how to stop?

Pretend you have an apple or an orange between your chin and your neck when you do the crunches. That will keep your neck more in line with the rest of you.
