8 days on the dining plan.....what TS would you pick?

Hello fellow Dis'ers:

We are going to WDW next year and have the regular dining plan. We love food and really enjoyed our time at free dining last year. I would like to do Coral Reef and Les Chefs again but am having an excrutiating time trying to decide on other TS restaurants. We don't mind paying OOP for some meals if that means going to some signature restaurants and have never done any of the dinner shows! Is the Fantasmic package worth it? I was thinking of a Brown Derby Fantasmic package but have heard that the seating isn't that great............We will be traveling with kids 4, 6, and 8 (two from another family) so we have a potential babysitter one night. If you were me which TS restaurants would you book ADR's for??

We love LeCellier and Biergarten at Epcot. We also thorougly enjoy Crystal Palace and the Plaza Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom. We did not care for Brown Derby, but we seem to be in the minority in that.

I'm a big Kona Cafe fan...the food is good and it's in the Polynesian.

Narcoossee's is a 2 credit TS at the Grand Floridian. It's a great place to watch MK fireworks if you time the ressie correctly.

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge is a big buffet but your kids will most likely love it for the animals at the Lodge.

50's Prime Time is fun. Whispering Canyon is another fun and a "let your hair down" kind of place.

Oh yeah! I forgot about Yak and Yeti. I've heard pretty good reviews so far! And I have always wanted to try Jiko...... This may be harder than I thought it would be. ........and Les Cellier! Oh man, is it possible to eat TS as every meal? Just kidding, I'm quite the foodie, but even that is pushing it.

1st Night: Biergarten
2nd Night: California Grill
3rd Night: Fulton's Crabhouse
4th Night: Yachtman's Steakhouse
5th Night: Tutto Italia
6th Night: Biergarten
7th Night: Bistro de Paris
8th Day: Le Celier (late lunch before we head home in the evening)

Alaskan, bistro isn't on thr DDP so you could do that for dinner one night and then do a dinner another night that requires 2 TS like Cali Grill or Yachtman's.

TS= Table Service
CS= Counter Service

So to say something is 2TS means it would use 2 of your Table Service credits on the dining plan. Or if it just says TS, it just uses one. Hope that helps!

Thanks Allison, how was the Hollywood and Vine FDP, I was thinking of doing the Brown Derby one this trip. I have heard that the Fantasmic seating isn't that great!? And we'll probably do Chef Mickey's as I haven't tried that one yet. LeCellier is a must for us, I haven't been there since I was a kid. Thanks again.

I am just back from 8 nights we ate at:
Mama Melrose (FDP), Boma, 'Ohanna, Garden Grill, Raglan Road, Whispering Canyon, Captain's Grille, Coral Reef (my reviews are posted in the reviews section).

If I could have done anything different Le Cellier would have replaced Captain's Grill and 1900 PF or CP would have replaced Garden Grill. I am neutral on the Coral Reef - I really want to try Jiko.
