8 Day Live Trip (& Pre-Trip) Report - Many Pics Starting 9/23

DAY: -7

Well- introductions first I suppose as I usually hang out on the Photography Board- but I decided it was time to try my hand at a real live Trip Report so here goes. Hope you guys like pictures- as this will probably end up being more pictures than paragraphs at the end of the day.

I’m Jeff- DH- & Dad- Don’t have too many pictures of me (lucky for you) as I am usually behind the camera but here is one taken last summer on our vacation in Gatlinburg.

Then we have my lovely wife Kelly- DW- & Mom- who hates having her picture taken BTW- she would probably be mad at me for posting it but she does not DIS anyway.

Here is Camryn (6) - Ballet Dancer and Junior Park Ranger Extraordinaire. Camryn loves roller coasters- she did Expedition Everest and the Rock n Roller Coaster last trip and has talked about nothing but the Tower of Terror as her next conquest- so we’ll see.

And here is Lauren (3) - Professional Ham who loves having her picture taken.

We are leaving on Sunday Sept 23rd and staying eight days at Coronado Springs Resort. I will share our Itinerary, ADR’s, and all that good stuff soon- just wanted to get started here. I plan to do most of this live from the resort so I hope you enjoy.

DAY: -4

Okay- Here is our loose itinerary so far. One thing we are doing different this time is not scheduling every single minute. A lot of time is left open in case we just want to hang around the resort, shop, etc.

Sunday 9/23
Check-in to Coronado Springs Resort
Spend the Evening in MK - Extra Magic Hours until 11:00

Monday 9/24
Our Wedding Anniversary
Probably do AK in the morning - DD6 can't wait to ride EE again
Dinner reservations at Ohana timed with Wishes
(Trying to figure out how to get DW's gift to maybe get servers to deliver with special desert? Still working on that one...)

Tuesday 9/25
Open morning
Epcot in the Afternoon
Dinner Reservations at Le Cellier
Stay for Illuminations

Wednesday 9/26
MGM Studios in the Morning
DD6 was upset to hear RnR Coaster was closed but she is planning to ride ToT for the first time
AK at night to use the Extra Magic Hours
I have always wanted to take pictures in that park at night.

Thursday 9/27
Pretty much an open day-
May do MK EMH in the morning
May do a water park

Friday 9/28
Open morning
Afternoon in MK
Going to Liberty Tree for late lunch
Going to our first MNSSHP - may be just me and DD6 depending on how tired the lil' one is by then.

Saturday 9/29
Epcot day
Meeting SIL & family for Epcot for Food & Wine Fest

Sunday 9/30
Open day - Check out

Usually our company PC blocks out pictures, especially Photobucket but I can see yours and Captain Hooks so I will definitely be subscribing!!

And you'd better ssooo hope your DW doesn't start Dising.......

Oh my gosh you HAVE to ride EE in the dark. You think it's cool in the daylite...

Be careful w/ your DD on EE, someone just posted today they had a scary experience!!! They were stuck way on top, had to climb down, and some were stuck on stairs on top for 15 min.!!! Make sure you go with her!!!

OK, maybe you remember me from over on the photography boards? Maybe not, but anyway...I just noticed that we'll be in WDW at the same time! We arrive on 9/27! We'll also be in MK on 9/28! Say hi if you see us. (If you even see this before you leave.) I'll do the same. I just HAD to subscribe to your trip report. I love your photos! And I love trip reports. So, seems like the thing to do. Anyway, have a great trip! Can't wait to read all about it.

Wow- I have a couple of things I really want to get pictures of in there after dark- hopefully I will have time. Sounds like fun.

I read that too- actually I posted the picture taken around the spot it broke down...I will definately be riding with her
