8:20pm ADR at MGM when the park closes at 8

I called on a whim knowing full well there would be no ADR's for next weekend, but the CM said she had dinner at 820 at Brown Derby.

I mentioned the park closed at 8.. she said maybe it's extra magic hours, I said it's not, that's the next night. Lastly I asked if the Osbourn lights would be on after dinner and she didn't know.

She mentioned they are opening up more dining times (I was lucky and scored an early Chef Mickeys before the Party on Sunday) and I can understand opening places up early, but after the park is closed?

Anyway just thought I would share. 820 is way to late for us to dine, but if you want a good meal late try calling!

That is odd if the parks closes at 8pm.

MGM is the only park that takes reservations after closing. The lights will not be on when you leave, in fact they'll make sure you move rather briskly out of the park once you are finished so that the CMs can go home.
