Nite all.

The usual routine is if you don't have Disney PJs ... then substitute with what-ever... or maybe even a bath robe over soemthing that looks like it might be PJs. At the last one I wore my Christmas PJs...

The older daughter could not awakem so she was in the stroller sleeping. Hey... we were still on west coast time... and as you can see my spouse just wore leggings and a big T. The little one is in full PJ attire.

Love your slippers!:thumbsup2

I DID IT!!!

Sound the trumpets, call in the band, I am caught up!!!

 :woohoo: :thumbsup2 :yay: :cheer2: :dance3:

Morning Everyone:surfweb:

I just wrote to say hello after I noticed we were close to the bottom on the thread page.

 Good Morning Crew

Another chatty time I see with the overnight gang. Guess I better get busy, before returning to work today. ;)

Good evening everyone!

I did try to catch up on and off all day but I'm sure I missed lots of posts.

Thanks for sharing many heartfelt stories. I went through quite a few tissues before I stopped. DD(3) wanted to know why I was crying. Tried explaining but gave up. How do you explain such heartache and joy to a baby.

Anyway, I posted a pic in my sig that I forgot I had and thought it was soooo fitting for this group.

Mary

Hi Mary,

Love the family photo!!! :thumbsup2

These are my two younger kids. They won't be on the cruise with us, but thought I'd share anyway. This was taken on the May '06 Double Scoop cruise.
Jared is almost 13 in this picture and Jordan had just turned 16.

Sharp looking kids there Stacey!!! What a proud mom you must be!!!:thumbsup2

I have and DS is a selfmotiated learner. I think that he would excell with one of the online groups and me to suplement at home. DD on the other hand, just wouldn't work with me teaching her. We just clash too much & I am not able to help her. I didn't teach DS. My only contribution was the brain cells I gave him since I was also an early reader and independant worker. If we are pushed to it, I will do my best. I have a BA so would qualify but doubt my ability to give my kids the best education myself.

Hazel homeschooled Angelina for six months when she was starting sixth grade. Like you and your DD Lisa, they clashed too much, and I got real tired of coming home for lunch every day to play referee. After six months, Angelina begged for us to let her go back to public school. The good thing is, we have a very good school system, Angelina was just having trouble fitting into the large middle school after being in the same small elementary school from K-4th grades.

Our group from the Blabbermouth thread decided a long time ago that DIS kids are the best looking, best behaved kids in the world.....and I see it holds true for this group, too. But then, we ARE a little biased, aren't we??

You said it!!!!!:thumbsup2

Disclainer: I have been reading (and sobbing) all of these heartfelt stories, but have not given a shout out or hug to each one. I want to so much give each person here a big hug for any hard-knocks or bumps they have hit in thier road through life. :grouphug: So if I happen to come up to you during our cruise and give you a great big "in person" hug, please do not find me strange!:goodvibes

A  will be happily accepted, and I wouldn't think you strange at all!!!
