I'm not Andrew, but on the 05 PC cruise we didnt tender, but then again we have 2 different ports on this one. We also didnt get to stop in Cabo due to Hurricane Hilary.

Whats the other tender port?

Finally getting back online.

It was a balmy 45* here today, so I worked through my breaks and lunch to get the 135 curb meters done today that I couldn't get done last week. I also got started on the curb meters for this week since we are expecting bad weather over the next few days.

Now to go back and see what I missed today on the thread.

I'm going to call DCL again to make sure ours are still connected and voice my concerns. Guess we'll have to keep this up for awhile huh.

I read a post that someone on this cruise got a room by Nagging DCL every day, it appeared to work!!!!!!!

Thanks ladypoo and Andrew. I've been trying to get some motivation to whip DH into shape. I think telling him he may not be able to get off the ship may work. I already told him I'm not dragging his scooter on this one so he will have to be upright and mobile.

I can tell you, Acapulco, Cartengna, Casterway Cay, are all fine, you can walk off at all of these. Cabo, has large sightseeing boats that come up either side of the ship, and take people in bulk to the shore, or direct on seasightseeing trips, as long as DCL uses the same, companies as other cruiselines I have been with.

At Cabo you should be able to see a lot of sealife and beautiful views from the ship as well.

Cannot see what the other tender port is?

Puerto Vallarta, IT docks there, I have just read up on the Port detail, never been there but it does port, so Aruba???????

So... this is a rugby uniform? I didn't know they needed ... scales to play?

The scales are for weighing their balls before the match to be sure they are regulation.

I didn't mean to cause any one a panic. I think the issue with ours was, we paid off the reservations using different credit cards and they somehow messed something up. It caused an issue at port, too -- the guy had to check us in separately b/c we had different cards on each reservation for on-board charging.

My boys' school here in Chicago is closed. SWMBO was supposed to be flying to Charlotte this morning. Her 6:30AM flight was cancelled last night, and now the 10:30. She's hoping to make it out this afternoon, but it doesn't look promising.

O'Hare is showing '0' minutes for flight delay. That's because they've cancelled everything!

I finally got an official signature banner. DH figured it out for me last night while I went to pick up DD in the city. YEAH!!!!! Now I feel better!

Exactly! I HATE HATE HATE the Bratz mess. They even have baby hooker dolls now. I do not allow my DD to have the dolls, watch the cartoon, or dress like them. She has been taught that they are inappropriate & not nice. She no longer asks for them in the store. The other day we were looking at toys in Target & she wanted to see the princess dolls. We turned down the wrong row and she said Mommy I don't want to see the bratz dolls. They are inappropriate. A woman nearby said that she wished her DD said that.

My dd knows that I don't like those dolls, so she tells me she doesn't like them either....I think they look 'post-surgical'. And I hate the whole concept that they are 'spoiled brats'...hense the name Bratz.....Just what we want to do is create the next generation of stars for MTV's Sweet Sixteen show.....Have you seen this? It is down right disgusting!!

Good for her & you! I hate those bratz dolls too! I guess I miss the old days, when the raciest doll on the block was Barbie! Kids grow up too fast as it is, why would we encourage it even more?

Okay but I do have to admit.....I had the Barbie whose chest grew when you cranked her arm!! Hey, I didn'y buy it for myself......

The DCL site is showing availability for Cat 6, 8, & 9 this morning!

We are off to WDW for our midwinter break (Just in time as a storm is fast approaching)!

I will try to keep up-to date but since this thread is so prolific (alot of posting about alot of nothing) I will read the synopses instead!
