Just checking in with the little one napping (late) on my lap while the spouse preps supper! I've been driving for half the day... a little tired.

It is going to take forever to get caught up on posts. In just reading the summaries tonight, another 8 pages were added. So before it got any further, I just wanted to pop in, say Hi, and add another wench to the list for 08/17/08!! (Though I really want to try to catch up!! I have a feeling I missed something good.)

Took a 7-night DCL Western with another group 2 years ago and had a blast and I'm sure this one will be even better! I'm not much of a High Tea Wench, but so long as it doesn't interfere with beer tasting, I might be there.

I have seen both POC and POC DMC and will be seeing POC AWE in WDW midnight the day of release in May as part of the POTC Adventure on the 7 Seas Lagoon event.

Cruisers so far from my neck of the woods is just me (celebrating my 32nd b-day in Puerto Vallarta) though with any luck, I may have a friend tagging along, too. And while they aren't into the group cruise/DIS thing, my parents will be somewhere onboard, too.

Whew - finally caught up! Now I know how Caroline feels.

Oh, we've already started THAT in my house. DH has worn his dinner dress uniform on the the last 2 cruises.
2 reasons:
1. it's free
B. The man in uniform arm candy is one of the perks of spending 4 years as a cadet girlfriend & 12 years as a military wife.

He doesn't like the spectacle the uniform creates. I think he's hot! However, we've always cruised in March, so the dinner uniform is basically a black tux. In August, the dinner dress uniform is a white jacket with shoulderboards and black pants - basically identical to the DCL crew's! Yup, not going to happen this time. Now I need to find an e-bay special for DH. My guys will be in tuxes so I have an excuse to buy a new dress!

NO!!! Keep working on him. I don't want to have the only one in uniform. (and they certainly are arm candy) Just have him wear the one he likes - it's not like the uniform police will be on board.

Maybe we should combine them with the "Friends of Lisa G." meetings.

Tired here as well, it's been a very long week working out in the cold. The more I think about it, the more I'll likely stay home tomorrow and rest for next week. We are expecting a snowstorm Monday night into Tuesday morning, oh snap.

Actually, from what I've been reading there are a few other DIS'ers doing the 15 day/5 day back to back. But the last thing I need right now is another thread to keep up with!!!

This will be known as my Triple Decker Dipper with the three visits to Castaway Cay within a 6 day period.
