No I would be pretty freaked out to see a racoon in NYC too:thumbsup2
I was shocked to see a coyote a few blocks from house one morning on my way to work. Definitely not a dog:scared: I finally got across to DH why the cat shouldn't be outside at all with these guys running around. I have yet to see a racoon here in VA though-maybe they just hide better here. We did have a skunk living under our front porch for a while:sad2: Thankfully he moved cause the critter company we hired couldn't catch him:rolleyes:

We see a red fox in our yard 2-3 times a month.
Had one sleeping on the deck one afternoon!

I believe they will be also opening reservations for It's a Small World on Sunday night. There's expected to be a mad rush at the time, and most people will probably be on GTY status until well into next year. Demand will nevertheless be high, as there will be multiple ships cruising and the cruises, at 10-15 minutes, simply cost less than the equivalent DCL cruise.

The good news - a new DISboard section (IASW cruising) will be opening up to allow future voyagers to get to know each other. Personally, I'm going to try for a 3rd row outside seat on the 2:35 sailing on April 16, 2009. As a Castway club member, I'm hoping the gift will be nice and that I'll be able to get one of the shore excursions.... :cool2:

:lmao: :lmao:
Finally! DCL is going to Australia and Alaska!! Wouldn't that start a kerfuffle on the main boards? I'm going to splurge and try for at least a front row GTY. After all, this is TOAM! (tripofaminute)
:lmao: :lmao:

Hello this is Laura's DD Megan and she wanted me to post following info because the internets been down since 5 P.M: PC Pilot is coming aboard at 6:30. We should be hitting the Gatun Lock around 7:30 - 8 A.M.

Thanks for the update Megan!

Wow..4 am is to early after only 4 hours of sleep..ok.I didn't even sleeep all of it..to excited!:yay:

From what I've read, it seems that we can cancel any reservations for excursions that we make online. Is that right? Does anyone know when we have to cancel by to avoid being charged? Is it before we get on the ship?

Thanks,
Kim

3 days prior to cruise is what it says on website.

Been trying to get back to sleep for 45 minutes now. I've been unsuccessful, so I just decided to get up.

My house has not gotten below 80 degrees all night. We do not have air conditioning. Not worth it for the 5-10 days a year that we get above 90. Although nights like this, I wish I had it.

Of course, it could be the PC crossing that's got my awake and not the heat. Hope I haven't missed the Magic. I was going to just sleep through this one and catch the afternoon webcam, but since I'm up, I'll watch.

Unfortunately, I typo'd when making my name and after I became a sponser..I noticed it....I asked if it could be corrected because the correct way of spelling it was available but nothing ever happened and now I am stuck! but it is true..you can read it anyways!

I never noticed, have been mispelling it in newsletters (pointed out by one of my editors).....

Sigh...

Anyone know the orientation of the webcam? Will we see the Magic coming at us or going away from?

Now if you're seeing one on a regular basis, don't you have to name it:confused3 ;)

The fox in Pinocchio was named "Honest John"
or

Maybe get your rugrats to name it:idea:
