For anyone who has seen that movie we had a guy just like Lazlo in our dorm... strange, quiet, and he used to "disappear" into his room and never come out....

I live in Kent! I'm not going much further with this - this is a family board after all - but it definitely explains a lot about the neighbours...

Back from the gym - hurrah!!!!

Fog's gone and the weather's improved so much I was able to open the convertible roof on my car - OK so I had to keep the heated seats on full but, who cares!!!???? It's February and I had the roof down - things really don't get much better... It's got to be an omen - it's going to be a great year...

Hey all,
Add us to the list of treasure seekers. We are going to sail the 8/15 cruise also! It will be our 10-year anniversary and the anniversary of our very first DCL! It'll be cruise number 8 for us (unless I can get DH to agree to another one before then ). We actually just stepped off of the Wonder last week and now have the bug again!

Looking forward to getting to know all of you! It looks like there are lots of people cruising...can't wait to get to all the planning!

Not too bad - the antibiotics haven't quite blown the sinusitis away so I may have to go back for a repeat but I feel like I just might get better soon...

Oh, did anyone watch DCL on the travel channel Sunday, for like the hundredth time? Why does it always bring a tear to my eye??!

I tivo it every time it's on, and after I watch my DH deletes it. Then I tape it again when it comes back on. It's a vicious cycle!! I do cry as well!! Abby, you asked how long my Dad was on dialysis in an earlier post- he is going on his 3rd year.

Well my Dad is still in the hospital, I went after work until about 9:30 last night. My Mom left with me, the doctor never came and told us what was going on, and they said he would be there today. My sister came down from Pa. last night to go with my Mom today, plus her DH is a doctor (although he treats cancer patients) so she is hoping he can talk to one of the doctor's at the hospital. My Dad is feeling alot better, though, so that's good.

Its been a bad day at work so far, servers down all over the place.
Most of my applications we support are down, but nothing my group can do, The database team has all the problems today.

Snow on the way. they say it will start about 2 hrs before evening commute home so tonights drive is going to be a real pain in the ....

That is very frustrating. I always hated that when I was in the hospital and the dr. would say they were coming to see me and they never did. DH got so very frustrated he called the dr. answering service and had the dr. paged and had him call his cell phone back... He did not like it but he never told Bruce and I he would be there to meet with us and did not show up ever again...Hey, our time is precious too...!!!!!!!!
