Good Morning ladies
Im doing just fine Mandy,
The tiling hasnt started yet...while we were buying the tile and supplies for the foyer...(very pretty tile by the way), we found a really nice kitchen sink in there sales area( orig 198.00, for sale for 50.00)...
I have hated the sink I picked out a bunch of years ago. It looked really nice at the time, but it was a white stone/like product, suppose to be non staining...YEAH RIGHT!... let me tell you it left coffee stains, I had to scrub it out all the time. I also use cast iron skillets/pots, AND they leave blk marks when ever I washed them...So I have to scrub out the marks and after so many years they were not going away completely..
Well this new sink is blk, so I wont have to worry about that anymore, and it goes with my other Appliance's, as the front of them all are black...
So anyway, we put in the sink yesterday instead of starting the tiling. We thought it was going to be a quick job and we could start the tiling later in the day, BUT as with every job, it always goes alot longer then expected, with unforseen problems to get through...
It looks great though....Now all we need is to install a new counter top..
to go with it.... ..but thats a job for later in the year...
This weekend we plan on starting the tile job...But I have a funny feeling Mikes going to get home tonight and want to start it...
..Just about the time Im ready to relax from the day...
I cant complain...Hes getting stuff done that has had to be done for quite awhile...So its all good!

As for my Hawaiian obsession....
I am planing on a small Hawaiian themed party, in a few months when everyone is starting to get sick of the cold weather...
Just a few friends, I'll make mai tai's, and serve some pulled pork instead the pig roast..and I thought Id try pineapple bread too...
Dress the place up, and give everyone lei's( I have a ton of them from the poly!
)...
Maybe sometime in late Oct. early Nov.

Well I have to clean the mess we made in the kitchen yesterday, and do laundry
today..and if I get the time maybe get some mowing in
....
At least we have some sunny
weather here during the day, but the nights are getting down right COLD!...
