How cool to receive stuff from Mickey!!

CW sent me an email wanting to go the first weekend in August to take the kids to Niagra Falls! That really suprised me! So I've been checking into everything from renting an RV to hotel stays... not sure exactly which way we will go...

Yay, it's nearly the weekend

Kelly - how cool to be going to Niagara Falls, I went years ago and it would be one of the places I'd like to take the girls. Let us know if you definitely decide to go

Robin - Are you away in your trailer this weekend ? Have fun whatever you're doing

Betsy - I checked your PTR, and I see that you left the Pop Century this morning. I hope you had a fab time and I can't wait to hear all about it in a couple of days

Kerry is still having a great time in Cyprus. She seems to spend a lot of time in the pool and today they went to the zoo. Tomorrow they're heading to Paphos for some shopping and a market

Today I rang the WDTC and booked a preferred location room for the Caribbean Beach Resort - I'm so excited - In 7 weeks I'll be staying the night at Manchester Airport - woohoo !!

What are your plans for the weekend ? We haven't got anything planned at the moment

Looks to be a fairly nice day ahead for us, of course there is a chance of rain.

Seems we haven't had a day without rain for weeks.

Lunch was lovely, we went to a newly refurbished restaurant today, and it was an all you can eat buffet. There was lots of food - salads, rotisserie, oriental, grilled, carvery (turkey dinner - Mmm) and desserts. It was delish, and I tried the rotisserie chicken, turkey dinner and a little of the oriental food. To finish off I had some profiteroles and a tiny bit of cheesecake. Needless to say I can hardly move, and we ate over 4 hours ago

I see your countdown is at 91 days, so I take it that you can make your reservations tomorrow. Will you be making any ?

I enjoy eating out too.

I have no plans on making an reservations at this point.

I think it's going to be a laid back, take it as it comes type of cruise.

I'm thinking that I don't even care if I eat in the dining rooms. I think I'd be interested in trying out the evening meal in the BBB up on deck 9.

So right now, no reservations are being made.

Guess I better think about paying the balance of my cruise though.

IMmmmmmm BAaaaaaCcccccKkkkkkkk!!!!!

Had a great time.....Got back yesterday...with a ton of things to get done...
I really missed you guys, and I did bring my laptop, but I didnt get online...

Our PTR plans were not followed all the time...On one of the days we planed on going to MGM, it was SW weekend, and the wait to the gates for the cars was at least 15-20 mins...We figured if we have to wait that long just to get past the gates...it was WAY to crowded for us to bother with...so we went to AK instead...and there were other changes too...So Ill have to correct some of PTR in my TR...
The trip was a blast, the only thing I would have changed were the crowds and the weather...It rained ALOT...and not the 15 min. showers I was expecting...sometimes it rained all afternoon...with thunder and lightining...So the rides were closed...We spent alot of time just getting under shelter and waiting it out...Kind of a bummer for the kids...

But we got to do and see everything we wanted to see and do....
The girls were sooo much fun...they partispated in anything they could....and even made there own fun....
Both the twins got picked by the candy lady in Japan(at different times)...So they got a free candy pop made for them( Victoria asked for a bear, and Elizabeth got a horse)..

Alot of magical moments, but didnt get picked for any YOMD things...

On Britts birthday it rained the worst ever the whole trip..and on top of that 50s PT had water problems, and closed...I was sooo disappointed for Britt...and we couldnt get into any other place, as they were all booked up...it was pouring at the time too(2:30PM)...So we just sat under the overhang to wait it all out...The manager was out there turning people away, so I talked to him for quite awhile, he ofcourse was very sorry but could do nothing about it all....after about 2 hrs.. of waiting....all of a sudden all the waitresses came out, and handed Britt a cupcake with a candle in it and had the crowd sing her happy birthday....and when they finally had the problem fixed(another hr. later) the manager told everyone that as it was Britts birthday and we all waited so long and nicely(where could we go in the pouring rain with thunder, and lightining )That we get the first table...It was very cool..and our waiter(uncle Dale)was the best!
I was also very worried about the planned Wishes cruise, but that ended up working out as it stopped raining around 7:30PM, and the cruise was at 9PM...Brittany was very surprised and seemed to love the whole thing! PHEW!
Ill be making a pic TR....as soon as things get back to normal...I have a ton of laundry and I have bags all over the place...there is no food in the house, so I have to go food shopping...
Im still catching up reading the posts.....

Its good to be home, even though I miss WDW already...
In the next weeks(July 19) its Mikes and my 35th Ann., but Im not sure we will be doing much as it will take awhile to recoup from the trip...Its a shame, because we didnt relize that it was going to be the big 35 until after we have committed to this trip with all the girls.....Thats OK, as long as I spend it with Mike, it doesnt really matter what we do...

Anyway I am very happy right now with my little Albert sleeping next to me....I missed my furbaby...Soooooo Much...Every time I saw a little dog, I thought of how much I missed him....

It sounds like you've had a great trip What a shame about the rain, you seem to have made the best of the weather though. Poor Brittany, her birthday could've been ruined, but it's great that it all worked out well in the end

Glad you had fun Betsy!! Sorry about it being so rainy down there, glad it didn't damper your fun too much!

Robin, sounds like your planning a very relaxing cruise this time! I would love to see some hammocks on the ships. I think the next time we get a balcony I'm going to pack a small hammock!

Mandy, love the pic of you and Paul!! Not much longer and you can update it with a new one!

Ok... if it's alright with you guys... I want to brag a little about Chad! My little pumpkin scored 3 goals in two back to back games on Saturday! I was so proud. He played his best this Saturday and I hope he keeps improving!

This past Saturday was the last of his outdoor session! Now we can sit back and enjoy the summer!

Im still washing, but I've got alot of cleaning done....
I spent most of last night uploading and captioning my photos...
I still have to unload the last of my pictures from my camera......I have well over 200 pictures, but I am only uploading the best ones into my Picasa, Still its hard to leave some out...

I bet you ARE proud, as you should be...Its great when your child does so well,isnt it? Tell Chad congratulations for me...and give him a big pat on the back!

I was suppose to take my mom to a doc.(wellness) appt. today, but they cancelled ...So now I dont have to...I will go see her though...I have missed her...

We aren't doing too much this summer other than trying to keep the kids busy! Chad has a soccer camp at Old Dominion University towards the end of this month... Carolin is waiting to here about cheerleading camp!

I haven't got any special Canada Day plans today.

I'm just sitting around home doing as little as possible. (Just like a normal day )

Betsy, can't wait to see those pictures.

I haven't heard from any doctors about my biopsy results, so I'm going on the adage that "no news is good news"

It was done 2 weeks ago today.

I will call later this week and see if I can get the results if I don't hear from them first.

We are heading off again tomorrow afternoon and will be gone until at least Sunday night.

That means, I've got a lawn to mow, shopping to do, a trailer to load and also since it's payday Thursday, paycheques to do at work.
