Can 2 kids ride with one adult? The k IDs are 4 and 6.

Ideally it would be 2 adults and 2 kids but I havent been able to find that.

Sorry, but no. (Speaking strictly by the "rules.")
Seating is two-across with no "wiggle room."

If the older one was 7 yrs. that would be OK to
put that child in the seat in front of you and the younger child, together.

Maybe you could chat with another odd-numbered group
near or in the line, and see if another mom or dad could help you all
ride.
