7DMT Photopass photos - delay?

A friend and her mom are in MK right now and rode 7DMT 3 hours ago. Their ride photos haven't shown up in their MDE yet. I was there with my family in July and am trying to remember if our mine train photos appeared instantly on the 3 or 4 times we rode - I don't think I remember ever waiting this long. If they haven't shown up by tomorrow morning, should she go to guest services? Tomorrow is their last park day. Friday they'll be in Disney Springs, though.

For me, it seemed like usually a few hours for my photos to show up. I’d give it another couple hours, but they definitely all showed up the same day.

If it doesn’t appear they can call. I’ve had to call nearly every trip for missing ride pics or missing “magic” in the magic shots. I’ve always had the photos recovered. So if they don’t show up call and give an approximate time and the date they rode and it can probably be retrieved. I wouldn’t waste time visiting guest services while there for missing pics.

Thanks! Good to know. They're doing a whirlwind trip with only these two days in the parks so I'm glad they don't have to waste precious time doing it while they're down there.

As an alternative to calling, on the PhotoPass website help page there’s a link for finding missing photos. I’ve used it several times and have been very pleased.

Are their magic bands old? If their around 3+ years old the long range function might be dead.
