7AM flight... what time to get to BUF?

We have flown numerous times from BUF, but never an early flight.

What time should we get to BUF for a 7AM flight?

We're flying Jetblue and supposedly also have something called "Even More Speed" which gives us expedited security - has anyone been through this yet, did it make a difference?

Anyways I was thinking if we leave our hotel by 5:30 we should be O.K., we're staying at the Millennium.

We live outside of Buffalo and fly out often...and 99% of our flights are early morning...they generally tell you at leat and hr and 45 minutes before your flihgt time. I highly recommend folloeing this as you never know what other flights are leaving. Buffalo is usually not busy but we have in the past been there exactly 1hr and 45 minutes before the flihgt nad gotten caught behind a tour group fo senior citizens going to Hawaii and missed our flight because it took them so long to get through security.

WE FLY OUT OF BUFFALO ALL THE TIME. MOST OF OUR FLIGHTS ON JET BLUE. WE JUST CAME BACK FROM WDW. OUR DIRECT FLIGHT TO ORLANDO WAS AT 7am. WE STAYED AT THE GARDEN INN ABOUT 10min AWAY. THEY DROVE US OVER AT 530am AND GOT TO THE CHECK IN AROUND 550am. WENT THRU SECURITY AND WERE SITTING DOWN BY 615am. MOST OF THE TIME WE DO THE SAME THING.
