7am EMH openings

Does the extended hours make up for the crowds during Christmas/New Years week?!
We are going next December 2020 and have the option of going early Dec or during Christmas. I know that it is terribly crowded during Christmas but we are the type of family that would take advantage of those 7am EMH openings at MK. But I don’t know that the other parks hours are extended enough to absorb that many people if we took a break and hopped elsewhere. I’m still mostly leaning towards the early December time but we’ve hit the 7am EMHs during the start of Easter weekend (we were leaving that day) and we absolutely LOVED it, but we were out before the masses hit later that day.
I’m also concerned about delays of getting transportation, etc but if Disney increases staffing is it as bad?

We did the 7:00 a.m. EMH at HS on Thanksgiving Day and we were basically done with the park at 9:20 and then waited around for our SDD FP+ at 11:00. It was amazing.

We were at bag-check at 6:00. Our morning went like this...

6:15 - security open
6:30 - through tap-stiles
6:45 - walked back to GE
7:15 - off MFSR
7:15-8:00 - RNRC, TSMM, A2S
8:00 - Star Tours (5 minute wait, no FP+)
8:20-9:20 - Walk around GE and go to Oga's Cantina (with a reservation)
9:20-10:15 - VOTLM, Muppets
10:15-11:00 - snack break (ABC Commissary opened at 10:30)
11:00 - SDD with FP+
11:30 - left park, done for the day
