70 points needed....shot in the dark

Do you guys think there is any hope for us to rent points for 7/3, 7/4, 7/5, 7/6, 7/7 (Sun-Thurs)??? We only need a studio and we would prefer Beach Club Villas. That's 70 points. I've got my pet-sitter lined up, just checking with my business partner to see if he sees any reason why I shouldn't take off - and we'll be ready to book. If we can't get points, we'll rent a regular room but would prefer DVC. These three would be our choices in this order:

Beach Club Villas
Boardwalk
Villas at Wilderness Lodge
Old Key West

Not interested in Saratoga.
