70 points for Rent $16 AUL

Would you do a transfer of 140 points? I'm trying to extend my trip in Aulani for August.

I have 500 points for rent or transfer that I cannot use this year.
These are Aulani points, so I can book Aulani up to 11 months out or any other resort up to 7 months out.

For rentals: $15pp if renting 150 or more points and $16pp if less than 150 points.

For transfers: $15pp. DVC only allows one transfer/year, so I prefer a minimum 200 points to do a transfer. The points are August UY 2020 and can be banked once transferred. They will retain their original UY rules, so banking must be done by Mar 31 if you want to use them up until Aug 2022.

I'm an experienced renter and easy to work with. I use a contract to cover us both.
I can only accept payment through PayPal (renter to pay PayPal fees if using credit or debit card).
If the booking is within 60 days of check-in, payment must be received in full within 24 hrs after I have secured the reservation and sent confirmation and rental contract. Please only enquire if you agree to these terms.
