70 points for Rent $16 AUL

I have 70 points for rent that I cannot use this year.
These are Aulani points, so I can book Aulani up to 11 months out or any other resort up to 7 months out.

I'm an experienced renter and easy to work with. I use a contract to cover us both.
I can only accept payment through PayPal (renter to pay PayPal fees if using credit or debit card).
If the booking is within 60 days of check-in, payment must be received in full within 24 hrs after I have secured the reservation and sent confirmation and rental contract. Please only enquire if you agree to these terms.

Hi sorry there are only 2 consecutive nights open at BWV (5-6th). The only resort with all 5 nights is SSR. BLT and Poly have 4 nights open.

For rentals: $15pp if renting 200 or more points and $16pp if less than 200 points.

For transfers: $15pp. DVC only allows one transfer/year, so I prefer a minimum 250 points to do a transfer. The points are August UY 2020 and can be banked once transferred. They will retain their original UY rules, so banking must be done by Mar 31 if you want to use them up until Aug 2021.
