7 year old walk the world vs rent stroller??

I guess I didn't feel the attacks were personal.....and it wasn't that I thought people saying that her 7 year old wouldn't NEED the stroller were out of line---but yeah, I read some snottiness in the "7 is WAY too big for a stroller" posts. Sorry i I offended you. Generally, if I don't have anything nice to say, I don't say anything at all. :) But......I felt the need to stick up for the OP.

my 7 year old neice will be walking the parks, when we go in september, and at mnsshp, she likes to, plus its hard to push a stroller and her sister in a chair (which she need)

My children are just shy of 6 and 4 and truthfully---oftentimes when we use a stroller anywhere it is more often for me than them. I am more oftne not using the stroller--but if I find it is carrying us into the bed time hour--I would rather push them in a stroller than carry them. LIke clockwork on past trips--didn't matter what they were doing--come 8pm..they were ready to sleep. So until they stop dropping like flies--we will be doing the stroller action if an occasion calls for it (But we do have them walk for the most part--using the stroller just for sleeping).
