7 Worst banks in US

All that said, they are a corporation, and I never forget that corporations never look out for me, they always look out for themselves first. I will never assume that Chase, BoA or any other large bank has my best interests in mind.

I'm happy with BOA. I'm looking for a bank and not a buddy.
Love the online bill pay.

I use a Credit Union, and they are THE BEST! What does BOA stand for? BOA-Constricter, squeezing every dime they can out of you! My DS is still having problems with them, and he closed his account with them.:sad2:

The subjective judgement of random people who probably know practically nothing about the nuts-and-bolts of banking is not really something I concern myself with. Mass-market consumers love to take pot-shots at big, mass-market product and service providers, often out of some sense of personal insecurity in light of the fact that mass-market suppliers tend to work to satisfy a consensus view of what their target customers value, rather than to satisfy what each and every individual customer wants. Indeed, the whole point of having a mass-market is to take advantages of the economies of scale that are offered by satisfying such a consensus view rather than thousands or millions of individual views. So it isn't surprising that the number of people who feel uneasy about how they're treated by a mass-market supplier is somewhat proportional to how large the supplier is. Indeed, it would be very surprising if that was not the case.
