Hi all! Just wanted to give a bit of a summary of our trip. We were at WDW Nov. 15-21st. We did the drive in two days, spending Saturday night in Tallahassee. We arrive at our resort (ALL Star Movies )around 11pm on Sunday. One of our rooms was ready, the other was not. So we unloaded everything into the room that was ready then had our first quick service meal at the hotel. (Ehh it was ok) We hung out around the hotel and playground until 3pm. We were supposed to get a text that our room was ready but hadnt. So I went to the first room and called the front desk. In fact our room was ready, but it was nit the adjoining room as we requested. The room that was ready was about 8 rooms down. I explained to the CM that this was not going to work for us as we had a handicapped person in our party and we needed to be as close as possible to each other. With in 15 minutes I got a call back and we were moved to adjoining rooms. Two CM came and moved our luggage for us.
Finally settled in, we decided to hop in the jeep and check out Epcot for a few hours.
We had a great time, there was no waiting for anything. We walked on spaceship earth, and let the kids spend time in Inoventions. Then we caught Illuminations to top off the evening.
Monday was...
The Kids had a blast! We stayed open to close, and saw the fireworks and Spectra-Magic. Again no wait times, even when not using the handicapped entrances. I forgot my sunglasses, and had to buy a new pair. ($20) Well they broke abut an hour later, and this of course was the only receipt I could not find. I spoke to a CM at a gift shop and she was so nice. She just looked at them and said, OK hun get you another pair. We didn't get everything we wanted to do in, but it was ok because we were already planning on another day at MK Friday.
Tuesday- Animal Kingdom AKA the day from hell!!
Things started out OK. We had a 7:50am breakfast at Cape May.
The kids ate cereal, and SIL only had a biscuit and a slice of bacon--LESSON LEARNED
HUBBY CHECKING OUT THE BILL ($149)
This is my SIL with her celebration cake and card, for 21 years post kidney transplant.
We hit AK after breakfast. This was the beginning of the end! First off could not find a courtesy wheelchair, so SIL had to walk to the entrance in short bursts. Finally we get there, rent a chair and start out. First off DS Jace complained with a tummy ache. He continued with this at every potty stop we could find. He started feeling a bit better and we did the River Rapids ride and got soaked...beyond soaked S-O-AK-ED!! Still things weren't so bad, until I started getting a little pain in my jaw...........30 minutes later I could have rolled on the ground and screamed I was in so much pain. HOLY %^&* I tried to bare it, we did the walk throughs and then the safari...off to the train ride to the Rafiki's thinga-ma-bubby (sorry the pain enveloped my brain and I cant remember the names of anything at AK, but ya'll get my drift.
Needless to say I didn't last much longer, we pretty much turned right around and got back on the train. We headed back to the hotel and bought oragel at the gift shop and I took something for the pain, just knowing that I would be searching for a dentist soon. Thank god the pain eased and stopped. We ordered pizza, and then hubby took the kids to the pool.
Wednesday- Hollywood Studios
SIL was pooped and decided to stay in. She really missed out because we had a blast! The park was pretty much empty. We walked on everything! the 3 boys got to do the Jedi Training Camp and this made their day!
i got 44 photo pass pictures out of this!
DS Tucker who is 6, myself and DD 14 did Tower of Terror scarey but we loved it!!
I can honestly say we did everything in the park and character greeting

The only thing we did miss was the Indiana Jones show, only because we just never made it there at show times
The best pictures are on photopass, I'll post those when I get my CD
Hubby and I did downtown disney that night, while the kids stayed with SIL. We ate at House of Blues, the food was great, but we were both so tired we pretty much ate and left.
Thursday-
was a full day at Epcot. Forgot my cam that day but we had a blast there too. The kids favorite was Test Track. They did that 3 times in a row, and walked on each time. We all loved Soarin too AMAZING! We did not stay for the Illumination again because we were ll just so tired.
