Why can't I get into my dvcmember account online?? so frustrated, trying to cancel current home resort ressie and book GF. The system allows me to sign in but will not allow me to access my current ressie. Any suggestions other than waiting till 9am to call?

I'd wait and call member services. I'm never confident with the Disney systems when canceling and rebooking a different resort....especially at 7 months out. You want to be sure GF is available before canceling your home resort. The program will either freeze up, drop something, etc. In my experience that is.....

Thanks I'm thinking along the same lines. Just frustrating that anytime I try and use the online system its crashing! oh well.

don't take any chance just call DVC, nothing more frustrating then getting almost done and it freezes up.

I was able to get the first night, calling back tomorrow for a split stay at GF and wait listing the first night. At least we will be on the same property!

first night in a 1 bed lake view and next two nights in a 1 bed standard view. could not get three consecutive nights in any villa at GF for our dates. hopefully first night wait list will come through and we won't have to move. Still excited to be there even if we have to move as our friends are staying on property as well.

Update!! my waitlist came through today. Got a 1 bed at GF for all three nights. oh happy day.
