7 month window on a Saturday...???

Ok, I just called DVC to try to change an April 23 2007 OKW (home resort) to a BCV and they are not open. (For some reason I thought they were open 7 days). Am I missing something or do I just call then Monday morning for our April 23, 24 and 25th 2007 change?

The time of your post is 8:54.....did you try again after 9:00? I thought I read somewhere that they would be open on Saturdays, too.

Yes, definately tried after 9:00 and the machine says they are open Monday - Friday. I tried to call the resort directly but they just sent me back to the main DVC number. Any other numbers I should try? (I used 800-********)

Try the 407 number (it's on the back of your blue member card). I'm trying to remember where I read they would be open on Saturdays. I think it was a post here on the Disboards.

Nope, same deal. Hmmm. I tried the resort number again and they said I had to call DVC and they reopen on Monday morning. Oh, well. I can do all three of our April changes at the same time on Monday.

As of Oct 1, MS will be open Saturdays from 1-5pm and Friday evenings till 9 PM.

That was posted by ScottH on Sept. 1......so I guess we'll have to wait a couple more weeks for Saturdays at MS.
Whew, for a while I thought I was losing my mind. (that happens often!)
