7 Month booking Window falls on Feb 20th

We will be trying to book the beach club at our 7 month booking window for our trip which will be 29th September 2013, so that means our 7 month window would be 29th Feb!!!!

As there isn't a leap year next year will this be the 1st March we have to wait for to book ??

There is no 2/29/2013 so it is impossible for that date to be seven months out. Seven months out from 9/29/2013 is 3/1/2013.

For September 29 or 30, you would have to wait until March 1.

As I recall, the rules state that in this situation you can make your reservation on Feb 28th but MS's reservation software does not handle this situation correctly and they cannot book this for you until March 1st.

Here is a thread (from back in 2009!) where Caskbill (a DVC expert who has sadly passed away but whose helpful advice lives on in past posts) described how things are supposed to work: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=29621535 In that thread a couple of people state that they thought this had been fixed so I suggest you try booking your reservation online on Feb 28th and see what happens!
