7 month booking availability

My wife and I are members at BLT and are trying to book a stay 6/8/12 - 6/15/12. We are looking at two different resorts and we were wondering if anyone has any insight on the difficulty of booking them at the 7 month window for that time of year. We are looking at BWV and Saratoga Springs. Studio with a standard view for both of them. Thanks.

SSR doesn't have booking categories, and it would be available at 7 months. BWV may have studio availability in SV if you call right at 7 months. BWV Standard view is very popular with owners, so I suppose it's all up up how many owners will be wanting that particular week.

At that time of year much should be available at 7 months out. Problematic but still cances will be getting often hard to get rooms at 7 months out: BWV standard or boardwalk view, AKV concierge, SSR Treehouse Villas, and BLT standard or MK view.

Safest is to reserve home resort at 11 months out and then attempt to switch at 7. Key is also to call exactly 7 months out because a lot can disappear quickly once the 7 month window opens.

Another option would be to find a BWV owner who is willing to trande trips with you. You can have the Boardwalk points and he would take a trip at BLT...done this many times and with some flexibility on both parts.
