7 Month availability????

What do you think my chances are of getting a 2 BDRM at WLV for August 21-28??? My girls REALLY want to stay there (as do DH and I). This will be our first time and are really hoping we can get it!!

Call day by day. I think you will be ok. When I called to reserve the end of June 2008 a few weeks ago, Beach Club was totally available and ALL views were available at Boardwalk, for studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Those are allegedly the hardest to get and I had no problems at all.

Please clarify...Were studios still available at BCV for the time you indicated? We're new (still waiting for our resale contract to close!) and are hoping to get a studio at BCV during the summer school break. We are starting to get concerned that there won't be anything available by the time we close.

I agree, late August should be okay at 7 months.

Please clarify...Were studios still available at BCV for the time you indicated? We're new (still waiting for our resale contract to close!) and are hoping to get a studio at BCV during the summer school break. We are starting to get concerned that there won't be anything available by the time we close.

The original post is talking about the end of August...is that what you mean by "summer school break"? If so, you should have a good chance.

For other times during the summer at BCV, you will probably have to waitlist. Studios go pretty quickly, and this is a small resort so you might want to be flexible with resort choice for this upcoming trip. I'd take whatever is available...and yes it might be the BCV studio you want...and then waitlist the BCV studio if it isn't available.

This is the part that suprised me, unless I am totally misunderstanding zalansky stated that they called a few weeks ago to make a June 2008 reservation and it was open. We imagined that the Beach Club would be pretty well booked up for the summer by now.

Hopefully someone can clarify.

We got into a studio at the Beach club last year with no problem at the 7month mark for early June.

I have a few more days before I can call I want to do 2 weeks around the 4th of July and do a split stay.It's good to hear some things were Avail.

Right now I have SSR from the 1st -7th but will extend that depending on what available going either week before or after.
I would like to Try AKL,BWV or VWL any 2 of the three would be good if not I will just keep the SSR and go off that with it being the 4th and all.
It really doesn't matter to us but we do want to try all the resorts so we can pick a Fav or 2.

I just called and Split our stay from June30th -july 11th. Studio

Will be doing PreFView @ BWV 30th-5th and SavanView @ AKV 5th-11th

The only dates were the 3rd 4th 5th Standard and Boardwalk views that were not available at that time.

BCV & VWL were still available as well for the entire stay. We are still deciding on doing a 3rd move to there for our last few days,but I think 2 resorts will be enough.
