I have been reading on the boards that the Ch. Breakfast included in the 7 day pass for Canadians was only for certain restaurants.

My travel agent double checked with World of Vacations and they tell her that it is good for any restaurant and that if we had problems and had to pay they would reimburse us.

I just thought I would pass this on - we booked for Chef Mickeys' today (really wanted Cinderella's Royal Table but only booked this week for a trip in early April)

Unless they have recently changed this, the free character breakfasts are usually only good at specific restaurants (Restaurantosaurus- Animal Kingdom, Ohana's-Polynesian & Hollywood & Vine-MGM, Garden Grille-Epcot). We always book through Holiday House and the first time we booked, our TA assumed that we could use the voucher at any restaurant as well. It wasn't until the voucher came a week later with the restaurants printed on it that we found out for sure and had to cancel our reservations at Crystal Palace. Perhaps they have changed it, which is great, but I would double check again when you receive your voucher since World of Vacations is quite similar to Holiday House. I hope they have changed this since you were also only allowed to validate your voucher at Animal Kingdom, and I also believe that Garden Grille at Epcot is no longer open for breakfast, so hopefully if they have changed it, you will have more options available to you. Good luck!

Friends of ours just returned. They used these, and were only allowed to use them at certain restaurants. They had a PS at a character meal not on the stubbie... and had to pay for it. So.. just be prepared.

Ditto on Tiger926 post. Our vouchure for the meal is very specific and listed the restaurants Tiger926 said. I booked PS for three of the four anyway, so we'll just pick which one to use the vouchure. We also have Cindy's ressies too. S

We were there Feb 3 through 13th and ours were only valid at what Tiger926 said. We went to Hollywood & Vine and enjoyed it very much.

Because of what I read here - I called to check and they said they got it in writing from World of Vacations.

The agency I am dealing with does only Florida vacations and do tons of Disney packages every week. I am hoping they are right. Even if they aren't - they will still pay for my Character Breakfast - so I win either way!

I had heard the same thing from a place outside of Cambridge. It's funny how often you get differing information from people. It can make you crazy eh? I would definitely get it in writing from them, that they'll pay for it.

When we went in December we booked through Flight Centre/World of Vacations. We didn't receive the breakfast voucher when we booked, we had to pick it up when we exchanged our park hopper vouchers at Guest Services. The CM looked it up and gave us vouchers that were good for pretty much any breakfast in 'The World'. I'd be hard-pressed to name a restaurant that wasn't listed on the back of the voucher.

Bonne Chance!

Well when we went in Dec it was Olivias Hollywood and Vine Restaurant A Saurus and garden grill that was all we could choose from we went to Hollywood & Vine it was great and not very busy at all
