6mo old seating

Were taking our 3 yr old and will-be 6 mo old down to Disney World next month. We're flying. What do people do for seating for the littlest one? This includes when eating at restaurants and when hanging out in the hotel room. We're thing of buying a rock n play for the hotel and discarding at the end of the trip. We'd appreciate any tips you all have.
