Well it really does depend on what you want to do - my first budget with Disney was $7,500 for 35 people.

I spent with Disney about $15K and this included :

YCG wedding site including paianist and sound system ($2750)
Photo Assistant ($90)
Illuminations Dessert Party for 44 ($1800)
Pre-Reception Cocktail Hour - punch, soft drinks, passed appetizers for 40. ($1600)
Reception for 40 - wine, champagne, 4 course meal & hosted bar ($4900)
Wedding Cake ($510)
Mickey, Minnie & Chip'n'Dale ($1810)
Cosmotology for 4 people including bridal trial run $475)
DJ ($1170)
Towncar ($21)

I think we did quite well but I could have been a lot more frugal if we'd had to have been.

Now what my Disney Budget does not include are our outside costs :

Photography 10 hours ($2130)
Videography ($2120)
Floral ($2115)
Tuxes & Steaming ($700)
Favours for all our events ($500)
Unity Candle and holders ($100)

We just received our preliminary budget for 35 guests:

Bride cosmetology (hair only) trial run ($55)

A 10AM ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion ($2343) includes organist

7 hour Disney Photo Package ($2595)

Harp solo – 7 hours ($1280)

Vintage Rolls Royce ($660)

A Disney Floral Package that includes ($1824):
-bridal bouquet
-4 bridesmaid bouquets
-flower girl rose petals
-6 boutonnieres
-4 corsages
-4 floral arrangements to line the aisle and then as reception center pieces
-A unity candle arrangement which moves to the head table at the reception
-rose petals for a “staged exit”
-Unity candle and taper candles
-Chocolate Cinderella Castle favors for all guests
- Floral for the top of the wedding cake
- Votive candles for the cocktail hour

Limo for wedding party transportation ($219)

Motorcoach to transport guests to and from the ceremony/reception ($390)

Soda and Water Package ($805)

Champagne Toast ($276)

Wedding Cake ($670)

Dinner for 35 ($3802)

The final damage being approx: $14,942

My heart skipped a few beats when I saw that number for the first time.

Sorry Peter no...

one character was $675
two character was $1,020
three characters .... $1,385

and so on - these are 2003 quotes and character appearances are based on one 30 minuted set withing one hour time frame - so if you have Mickey at 2.00 and then say Minne at 3.30 it will be a total of $1,350.

umm. i think this went over my head...oohh wait a minute so if i want 2 characters at the same time it would be $1020 but i want 2 characters at 2 different times it woul be $675 x 2 = $1350.00

We also had a dessert party for 16 the day before the wedding, that was $550.

We used outside videography $1250 and outside floral $2470.

Looking at others pics and videos I kind of wish I had gotten the lighting package, but I'm not heartbroken that I skipped it either.

Well I should have a preliminary budget back from my EM within a week or so.. but I just got back from my planning session last week, and they actually raised the prices for the characters.

for 2 characters - $1070 for 30 minutes is the quote she gave us (im almost positive thats what she told us, but im soon to find out for sure)
