so, will the 60th celebration activities ( fireworks, parade ) still be going on in late September?
By then they have decorated for Halloween, right.
What are your thoughts?
Have they made official announcement on how long these special events will lady?

The 50th anniversary lasted for 18 months, so it is reasonable to assume that the 60th celebration will last into 2016. Halloween decorations should be up by mid/late September, but nothing definite has really been announced about Halloween Time this year, specifically about how/if it will be affected by the 60th celebration.

As theluckyrabbit said, they have not made any official announcements regarding the ending of the 60th Celebration or HalloweenTime. The only thing with a known end date at this point is the Diamond Days Sweepstakes (ending on September 11, 2015). The Disneyland Forever (fireworks), PtN, and WoC: Celebrate will most likely still be presented in late-September, but we do not yet know what the schedule will be. Assuming the 2015 schedule is similar to 2014, fireworks (and F!) will only be presented on weekends (Fri, Sat, and Sun). WoC should be presented nightly. There hasn't been a nighttime parade in a while, so it's hard to say what PtN's schedule will be.

As mentioned, at this point, we do not know what will be happening with HalloweenTime. There haven't been any announcements about MHP (in the past, the announcement was in very late June or July). If it happens in DL this year (like is has for several years), that has meant that there were no fireworks (for the general public) or F! on the Friday nights when MHP occurred. So, is MHP remains in DL, then it's possible that Disneyland Forever and F! will only be presented on Sat and Sun.

In terms of how long the new shows will last...that also has not been announced, but if the past is nay indicator of the future, all three shows will be around for quite some time. The 50th anniversary fireworks show, Remember...Dreams Come True, was the standard show through last year. I tend to think Disneyland Forever will be around for quite some time. Soundsational debuted in 2011 and Pixar Play Parade debuted in 2008 and both are still be presented, so I would think PtN will last for a long time as well. Likewise, I think some form of WoC will be presented for the foreseeable future. This was the first major change to WoC since it debuted in 2010 (not counting the holiday version and the minor changes that were made). So overall, I think there is a good chance that these shows will remain in the parks for the foreseeable future.

We know that there won't be Believe in Holiday Magic and A Christmas Fantasy parade during the holiday season this year as they are going to continue to show the new shows. So it stands to reason that they will be shown during September as well.

I have heard that there won't be Holiday Magic, but where did you hear no Christmas Fantasy? I assumed that Christmas Fantasy will replace Soundsational during the day and then PtN will run in the evening/night.

This is from the Holiday Time Super thread:

Unless there is a change in the plan for the holiday season, all information points to no Christmas Fantasy Parade. Supposedly the focus is going to remain on the 60th entertainment. Fellow DIS'er dtnrhi even reported that relatives (who perform in the parade) were told that it is not happening this year - http://www.disboards.com/threads/di...etails-for-2015.3358217/page-23#post-53583174. Also, Micechat reported no Christmas parade.

I think that Soundsational is supposed to be the daytime parade for the rest of the year.

I did contemplate the possibility that there might simply just not be a parade taping this year, but that the Christmas parade may still happen -- that's what happened in 2014. The Christmas parade was not taped, but it still happened -- and other Frozen-related stuff was taped for ABC. They could do that this year, but based on what Steve Davison and another Disney person said at the press conference back in January (when the 60th shows were announced), it's going to be "all 60th, all the time" when the holiday season rolls around.
