60th Anniversary Brunch

I need your help. During our November trip, I will be taking my parents out for Brunch on their 60th Anniversary. If price is not an option, what restaurant (in or out of WDW) would you recommend and why? P.S. they love seafood.

I don't know if it's exactly called "brunch", but the Mediterranean breakfast at Spoodles, served all-you-can-eat, at your table is wonderful!!
