We are going to wdw in May and staying 11 nights. We are staying on site. I know I can book further dining days at 60 days before due to staying on site. Are the bookable days the first 10 days of our stay (which is 60 +9) or the first 11 (60 +10)?

Unless it's changed since the last time I went, it's check-in day plus 10 more, so basically, 11 days.
