My trip begins July 8 for 6 nights. Does the 60 day window apply to the first day of the reservation and I can make ressies for each night of my trip or do I need to book each day, 60 days from day 2, 60 from day 3, etc.

If you are staying onsite, you can book 60 plus the length of your stay at a single Disney resort. If you're staying offsite, you have to book each morning at 60 days for your trip.

Thanks so much. We are staying on site..one call it is!

I'm going in March and there were difficulties getting good dining times at 6am. It took my wife and I about an hour to get all our ADRs sorted. We frequently booked our target restaurant at a bad time just so we had a table there, then a few minutes later went and rechecked the times. I suspect that rechecking of times will be difficult to do via phone, in any case it will almost certainly take longer.

This is a long way of saying I strongly second the earlier suggestion to use the MDE app, as I suspect what you might get by calling in is the first available time the rep can see, which is not always the most desirable one. I wouldn't want to start that process an hour after people using the app or the website were able to start booking theirs.

Edit: I just checked our dining plans and for an example of what I mean: the first spot we booked for both Be Our Guest and Storybook Dining, was at 8:30pm on those nights. It was one of the only spots available, and the best out of a bad series of options. Where we ultimately landed after refreshing available times over the course of an hour or so was BOG at 7:10pm and SBD at 5:30pm - much better dinner times (I prefer dinner 6-630).

All at once if onsite. I sometimes go online on my computer instead of the app when making the reservation but that is because I prefer the way it looks. Check it out ahead of time to see what you prefer.
