60 day reservations open midnight or 7am?

My 60 days is coming next week. Are reservations opening at midnight or 7am?

Just anecdotally, I had much better luck using the app on my phone at 3AM (Pacific) on the day our ADRs opened up, than trying through the WDW website on our home computer.
