6 yrs old DURING the trip!

Our oldest will have his birthday WHILE we are there! Any tips? Ideas or what not to make it more special? I was thinking about making him a shirt that says TODAY IS MYBIRTHDAY! But Its thought Alex has Aspergers Autisim, and even if he doesnt, he's very sweet boy AT times to strangers and them some of the time, he is the rudest lil brat to strangers and almost cries when strangers talk to him, so putting its my birthday might be an advertisement for trouble
