6 Trips To The World Do You Think???

Hello fellow disney mates!

This July will be my 7th trip to the world in 6 years. In saying that I, have never purchased the UG or any books for that matter! Normally, I do searches on the net to provide me with information. Well, this year I was considering purchasing the 2005 UG. Do you think it will be useful after so many trips? Also, while looking at the DW books there are numerous amounts of titles. Which is the best and why? Sorry, if this is not in the correct location but, I really didn't know where it should be placed. Feel free to move if necessary! Thanks in advance...

I am going on my 4th trip since 2000, and I have gone before that, also. I bought the unofficial guide for the first time for this trip. It was WELL worth it. I should have done it sooner.

I've been 5 times but I still use the UG and do find it helpful. But I'm incredibly anal about planning and *must* have all info I can gather in front of me as I plan. But I do mostly use this site, allearsnet, and the UG and they cover pretty much everything I could ever need to know.

I made many trips to WDW before I bought the UG. I read it cover to cover! I still go back and read it on occasion. I love that book! I also bought the PassPorter and liked it as well.

I'll take the opposite stance. Once you've been there a few times, the UG (or any other) won't tell you anything you don't already know. You'll get more up to date information here or at any of the other Disney-related sites.

We'll be taking trip #12 in December.
