6 Flags Season Passes - how many guest passes do you get?

I was thinking of getting four season passes and then if my other older children, who have jobs, wanted to go with us sometime they could use the guest pass. Do they have to be with us to use the guest passes?
What other perks do Season passes afford?

I think they do but im not sure anymore. I know you used to have to be with a season pass holder to use them.

I have gotten Six Flags season passes for probably the last 7 years. We haven't gotten them this year (long story, but we are boycotting them). In years past, the person who is the season pass holder has to go to the ticket window to redeem the free passes for actual tickets. This stops people from just visiting with the free pass without the passholder being present. The free days have steadily dropped over the years. Last year, there was 1 free day that you picked the day, and 4 or 5 designated free days. They were during spring break, mothers day, last week of school, and Sept, if I remember correctly.

Some of our family members have season passes, and they told us we could come with them for free, but only on mother's day, father's day, or certain weekdays in June...
