6 days to go....room request?

So we will be there in 6 days...cant wait!

Staying at RPR. We dont want tower 2 (the pet tower) or a freeway view.

Should I call the hotel and make a general room request or just ask at check in. We arrive on friday at approx. lunch time....

Just fax the hotel using the fax number on the website. I would do it tomorrow or Monday.

I had heard that some people had faxed room requests and theyhad not been received. Is there a telephone number I could call? Would it be the front desk of the hotel??
