On a saturday what time do u think we would typically be at Pop in the morning taking into account of rush hour traffic...if there is any...to check in trying to plan a tea ADR for the arrival day via a morning trip to DTD

There will not be rush hour traffic on a Saturday morning. DME uses 417, which rarely has traffic even on weekdays. You should be at POP by 8:00.
