Back home from a great week of sun and fun! So enjoyed meeting up with our DIS friends: The Gales, PlaneJoy and DoogieRunner....was great to put faces to the names! Hope you guys all had a safe trip home! Will work on a trip report soon..any questions meanwhile...just ask!

Yep.... we're back! We had great weather and great fun meeting everyone. DD made some great friends on board as well.

I know thegales were going on to Disney World for a couple of days so I'm sure we'l hear from them next week some time.

WDW was fun - however very crowded. We arrived at Coronado Springs about 10:00 am without really trying. Porter took us outside, and Radisson shuttle was waiting. It rained on Saturday and Sunday; the weather on the cruise spoiled us.

Thanks again to fellow Dis'rs for helping make our cruise so enjoyable. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Perhaps we will see you again in October 2004.

I'll try to write a bit more of a trip report, but wanted to mention something for upcoming Eastern Cruisers:
Sunday was Formal night. In the dining section of the Navigator, the suggested dress was Semi-formal. However, in the Captain's Welcome Aboard Reception section, it lists the evening as Formal. We inquired at Guest Services, and they said Semi-Formal was a typo, and the suggested dress was Formal. Thursday night was Semi-Formal.

Sorry I missed meeting up with all of you:(

It is funny that you mention the formal vs. semi-formal scheduling. On Saturday night our servers told us that Sunday night was semi-formal (I even asked to clarify). And then the Navigator's confirmed it. Then I couldn't figure out why so many men were dressed in tuxes and women in formal gowns:) It didn't matter much to us since my husband wore a black suit both nights and I had on cocktail type dresses both nights.

Highlights of the cruise:

1) Sharing the dolphin swim in Anguilla with my daughter. I even told her on the ferry trip back that she could tell her kids one day about how she swam with grandma and the dolphins. Of course, she just rolled her eyes:)

2) Watching and cheering as my husband and daughter won the "Walk the Plank" game show on the last night:)

3) Sharing a romantic dinner with my husband at Palo. The filet mignon, and chocolate souffle are to die for. Also, try a chocolate Martini (yum)!!!

I'm glad to hear everyone had fun and I anxiously await the trip reports. It is even more fun to read them after you have been there.

Kristin
