I just spent the last hour reading up on park hours and events for my 2 upcoming WDW trips and joining my June and Sept Tourguide Mike vacation clubs. Sort of like our meet here, except its for the whole month with tips specific to that month. Sorry, I can't share TGM secrets, TGM swears us to secrecy. But I do want to share one idea that others in our group may want to do. Its called a photopass share. www.disneyphotopass.com Some of you may already be familiar with it. Basically for $129.95, you can get a Disney photoCD and then you own all your photos and can crop them on the Disney photopass website (you can add all these cute Disney logos, etc) and they then send you the CD and can print yourself. When you are at the parks, the CM photographers give you a card and you can take as many photos as you want. You can get more than one card too. $129 is steep but you can add as many photos to your CD with multiple cards (all have to be under the one account). Well, in the photopass share group, one person buys the CD and sets up the account. Other people can join the group, so if say 6 people join in a group, they send the organizer $25 or $30 (to cover shipping and cost of CD's) and everyone can upload their photos on the same account. Once everyone is done cropping, the organizer orders the CD, makes copies for everyone with just the photos from their family. I participated in one last Fall and I just requested to join a group on my other site. Now I'm not the organizing type for anything technical ike this but I'm sure someone in this group may be and since there are so many of us going to the parks after the trip, just might be an idea for the group. Wow, this board is very quiet today! We are having major storms here in Houston! So we are pretty much housebound! I found a great rental car rate thru Dollar today on my "other" site! The promotion code is: OOAG.
Got a minivan for total cost of $69 MCO dropping off in Cape Canaveral! Just booked, and am going to cancel my Thrifty ressie! I also booked for Sept when we return. Minivan is $39 per day. Just wanted to share this discount if it helps anyone else!

Spent all day in the ER with no food and no sleep (was up over 24 hrs) and NO pain meds since I had to drive home. NOT a happy camper. I have multiple stones in both kidneys, pyelonephritis in both kidneys (kidney infection) and maybe something wrong with my bladder. On strong antibiotics and pain meds. Go to the Urologist at 8am on Monday. This is not fun.

Yes, really quiet! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. Jayde & I took naps today instead of working out in the yard. She has bad sinuses thanks to the drastic weather changes we have gotten in Mi.

We went Michael's & I found some cute things for the kids ~ Jayde keeps asking how much are we giving. I told her I need different things for different ages.

Me too!!! I already read thru that thread earlier today. I love doing research! I've been trying to figure if the Dolphin has fridges or not - I may just call them directly. We are going to the water parks on Sat and Tuesday, and you can bring in a cooler with your own food! So now I am going to email the van company to see if they can make a grocery stop on the way to the hotel so we can get water bottles and stuff for lunches and snacks. I figure we'll be broke after getting off the cruise so looking for a few ways to save some $$$ Now to start working on touring plans for Sun and Mon! DD usually puts those together! Its pretty impressive (a combo of tourguide mike with touringplans.com maps).

Did some of that today. I promised DD a shopping trip tomorrow to the Galleria. Its in Houston - about 30 miles from here, but it has the only Delia's in the area. Now to find her $25 coupon that she got the last time we were there!

I ordered my FE gifts today, guess I better figure out how to find some help to sew my own! Today was a beautiful day here, went to the Pirate's Baseball game, saw a winner, typically rare with the Pirates but they are over .500 this year so far. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.

Went up to my sisters last night in Philadelphia to celebrate her birthday- we came home tonight. We are planning an Alaskan cruise in 2011 with my whole family, so we talked about that alot!!

I've been chatting with a friend that is on the May 16th western and she said most of their cat 12 GTY's have been upgraded to an 11 or a 9! So that is really good news!!! Guess we'l know in a few weeks too! So today, I am going out to look for FE gifts, and some fabric to have an FE made!

We love TL but now that the kids are older, they want to do the thrill water slides. You'll find me planted comfortably under any shade area I can find there! We are also going to TL again. Not sure which water park when. Does anyone know which one is more crowded? I'm thinking BB because of the thrill slides, but not sure. We are also doing DHS on Sun and Epcot on Mon!
Another question, entering thru the international gateway, does that open the same time as front entrance? We plan to be there at RD, usually have the FPV hustle over to Soaring for FP's and then get in standby line so we can ride it twice. But the hike is so much further. We may adjust our touring plans based on this. We LOVE LOVE LOVE soaring!
Need to go find DD a one piece today. They say on Summit Plummet you make it down before your bathing suit top does if you are wearing a 2 piece! Its a 120 ft drop at up to 60 mph! I'll only go that fast in a car, with a seatbelt!
