It sounds fun, we always stay home for Christmas- I would love love to go somewhere like that.

I know you said your DH works for UPS. That puts you pretty limited this time of year. Isn't something like from Thanskgiving till the first year of the year as black out for any time off request.

We talk to the UPS gentleman that delivers to my work.

My schedule at my job pretty much only gives me openings for time off during parts of November till first week of Dec and then another window of time from April - till first half of June.

Well, he is a computer technician for them, not a driver, so they are a littlemore leniant(sp?) for them, but only one person can have off at a time, and the same person takes off every year at Christmas. Mine is pretty open for time off.(I work at a bank- back office stuff)

Can you count us in too for this cruise? We are a family of 5 from the Philadelphia area. Going on the cruise will be me (DW), my DH and at that time our DS(8),DD(8) and our other DD(8). This will be our second cruise and we are really looking forward to it. Count us in also for the fish extenders!! I am new to the boards so hopefully you get this!

Has anyone thought about excursions? We are doing the Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel, and maybe the island tour in Grand Cayman. I have vacation planning OCD- so I plan wayyyyyy ahead!!

I've always wanted to do a dolphin swim, and DD is very excited to do it too. I haven't decided whether I will go through DCL or the Dolphin Discovery place.

i think i will have to go through disney my daughter will be 6 and when i look at the dolphin discovery website it says 8 and above and i believe the dolphin swim from dcl is dolphinaris

Jordan will also be 6. I think they can do the Dolphin Swim at Dolphin Discovery, and I know through Dolphinaris you have to be able to swim, and unfortunately Jordan can't- I wish she could.

Yeah- Ithink that is the one we will do- we want to do Discovery Cove in a few years and think this will be a good first experience too.

My boys and I did the Stingray City excursion in Grand Cayman last year and loved it! I think we may go back again...
